Bio

Emmanuella Jossy's work bridges narrative systems, macro-socioeconomic theory, and systems design. Her First Class foundation in Economics and seven years of field practice in communications across corporate, civic, and cultural ecosystems, has had her examining a core question in varying contexts and scales: what does a system, institution, or person require to remain coherent under pressure, and what fails when that requirement is unmet? Her career began in professional writing and strategic communications, evolving into leading cross-market campaign operations and digital infrastructure builds for leading organizations including Access Bank, Learn Africa, Prudential Zenith, and ALARA Lagos. As the founder of the consulting practice HARDLINE, she treats operational and communications failures as systemic problems to be diagnosed rather than creative ones, showing that narrative is the core engine of adoption, trust, and real-world impact. Parallel to her commercial work, Emmanuella Jossy's intellectual practice uses conversational inquiry, historical research, and essayistic writing to address critical issues in African governance, political archiving, civic literacy, aesthetics and personhood. She actively supports grassroots community initiatives, including the Silk & Purple Network and Project ZAYN, focusing on women and neurodivergent populations. Her current work is consolidating into frameworks on ideology, political narrative and individual wellness, driven by her associative, context-switching cognitive style. Jossy's ambition is to build a dedicated institution and body of work capable of influencing African socioeconomic outcomes, proving both in writing and in practice that the wholeness of an individual and the coherence of a nation depend on the same foundational tools and understanding.
